New Beginners Course
This course will be held over six Thursdays. we will be working on the structure and function of natural movement, and its relationship to the healing and martial internal arts. We will be applying these lessons to the Ba Duan Jin or Eight Pieces of Silk form. this provides an excellent vehicle to explore and strengthen our structural and functional connections. This course is suitable for beginners and also more experienced practitioners of the internal arts who wish to work on the fundamentals of internal structural work.
“Thinking and talking about the Integral Way
are not the same as practising it.
Whoever became a good rider by talking about horses?
If you wish to embody the Tao, stop chattering and start practising.
Relax your body and quiet your senses.
Return your mind to its original clarity.
Forget about being separated from others and the Divine Source.”
Please do pass this on to anyone you feel may be interested.
Dates: 6 Thursdays – 14/21/28 June, 5/12/19 July
Time: 630pm -745pm
Location: The Unitarian Church Hall, New Road, Brighton
