PORTUGAL WORKSHOP

An Introduction to Daoist Health and Martial Method

This will be a 3 day workshop over the 1,2 and 3rd of September. The workshop is open to all, although space will be limited so book early.

I have included some basic details below about the venue.

The workshop will be held at Quinta Galegas about 1 hrs drive from Porto. This is a beautiful house which is being renovated by our hosts Cath and Simon. There are a number of in door and outdoor shared accommodation options at the main site. there is also a guest house 10/15min walk from the house that can accommodate up to 16,called Zen Vouga.

As numbers will be limited and there is a lot of organisation needed please let me know asap if you plan on attending.

There are plans for a number of other workshops this year in the U.K. And Europe, details to follow soon

London- Qigong Workshop- Saturday 10th June

Join us In Bloomsbury Central London for a day of exploration into the fundamental neigong that really sets this system apart.

Gaining an understanding of the neigong allows our natural structure to re-emerge and the whole system to open up and release,

thus setting the scene for gaining access to the true potential of these arts.

This day is applicable from complete beginner to more advanced; so all are welcome.

London Qigong Workshop Saturday 1st April

I’m glad to announce the first in our series of workshops taking place in London for 2017

Join us for a day of exploration into the fundamental neigong principles that inform and give life to

Qigong, Taiji, Bagua, Xing Yi and Nei Dan.

We will work through six fundamental neigong exercises and explore the underlying principles that give meaning to this work-

the root and the heart of the internal method.

The day will be open to all, from beginner to advanced, all are welcome.
