An online workshop for those unable to get to the ‘minimax” in WA. We will be working with aspects of the Xi Sui Jing (Bone Marrow Washing).Looking at the interaction and interplay of the Nei Gong( internal skill) and Nei Dan(internal alchemy) phases within this extremely profound work

A three day workshop with the first day reserved for the more advanced students of the school.This will be the first ‘Live’ workshop since the beginning fo 2020. It will be an opportunity to re engage with each other in the real world and work together to hold our ”collective root A very necessary thing at the moment.

Chinese New Year 2022 Workshop
To celebrate the movement in to the year of the Water Tiger we will be holding a new year workshop.This is a traditional time for students and teachers of martial arts to come together to train and celebrate. Keith Simpson will be leading this workshop. Due to the ongoing situation the workshop will be held online on Zoom and is open to all members of the school.

Online workshops 2021
As the ongoing situation is limiting the possibility of international face to face workshops at the moment. InternalIntent UK is offering two more online workshops this year. In this series we will be working with the foundations of Internal method (Nei Fa) then moving in to allowing communication between the Heart and Kidney(Water and Fire) and then naturally in to working on aspects of the Bone Marrow Washing method (Xi Sui Jing). This theme will run-through both workshops to allow for a deeper exploration of this powerful and deeply nourishing work.

Late Summer Nei Gong Workshop
Internal Intent UK is offering a Late summer workshop. This will be an opportunity to focus and deepen our experience of the internal method (Nei Fa) of the school. Keith Simpson will be leading this workshop. The workshop will be held on Zoom(link below) and is open to all members of the school. During these continuing uncertain times it feels like it is important to maintain and nourish both the old and new connections in the wider community around the world.
