Cornwall Residential Intensive Workshop With Roy Jenzen

Cornwall Xing Yi Qi Gong

 

The Cornwall Intensive workshop is now open for booking. It will be held as before at Sennen Cove in the far west of Cornwall. The workshop will be an opportunity to work with and deepen our Xing Yi skills, including some Xing Yi Spear methods. We will also be looking at the ‘Original Method Tiger and Dragon.’ This will be one of the only opportunities to train with Roy in the UK this year.

Spaces in the accommodation are limited so to avoid disappointment please book early. A deposit of £100 will be required to secure your place.

Chinese New Year Workshop

During this workshop, on the Saturday, we will be working with Primal Animal Qi Gong and the core Nei Gong skills essential to fully enliven the forms. Saturday is suitable for beginners and those wishing to deepen their skills.  The Sunday will be a Combat Skills day working on Xing Yi Nei Gong, Partner work and The Coiling Root Stepping (PanGen).

This weekend held in Vienna will be exploring the Xing Yi Dao (sword). We will be working on the essential sword Nei Gong training and the first half of the form.
