Upcoming Internal Intent UK Workshops
There are four workshops coming up early in the new year. Vienna (Austria), on the 12th and 13th of January 2019. There will be a Chinese New Year workshop and Celebration on the 9th and 10th of February 2019 in Brighton (UK) the third will be in Heidelberg (Germany) on the 2/3rd of March 2019 and the final European early spring workshop will be in the Czech Republic, Slavkov on the 15,16,17 of March 2019.

A weekend workshop in the beautiful university town of Heidelberg. This workshop is suitable for beginners and those wishing to deepen their practice of Taoist Internal Method Nei Gong.

September 2018 Nei Gong Workshop with Roy Jenzen
Summer ’18 Workshop and new beginners course
Our July workshop in the UK. We will be exploring the Original Nei Gong method. Exploring the connections within ourselves with this powerful and profound work. Working with deepening and broadening our root, establishing stronger connections through our bodies (Luo Xuan) and applying this to aspects of structure and movement.
The workshop is suitable for all levels of experience.
Date : 7/8th July 2018
Time : 9.30am – 4.30pm both days
Location : Longhill Sports Centre, Longhill School, Ovingdean near Brighton.
Cost : £50 for 2 Days, £30 for 1 day
New Beginners Course
This course will be held over six Thursdays. we will be working on the structure and function of natural movement, and its relationship to the healing and martial internal arts. We will be applying these lessons to the Ba Duan Jin or Eight Pieces of Silk form. this provides an excellent vehicle to explore and strengthen our structural and functional connections.This course is suitable for beginners and also more experienced practitioners of the internal arts who wish to work on the fundamentals of internal structural work.

New Classes for Devon and Cornwall

We’re pleased to announce the start of new classes in the Southwest of England.
From the 29th January there will be two, weekly beginner sessions at Welcombe Village Hall, near to Bude and Bideford:
– Monday evenings: 6.30-7.45pm
– Friday mornings: 7.00-8.15am
We’ll be learning the health and martial practices of Qi Gong and Nei Gong, building the foundations for the internal martial arts of Xing Yi Chuan and Bagua Zhang
If you’d like to join us, just come along.
– The first lesson is free (£5 thereafter or £30 per month for unlimited classes).
– Classes are suitable for people over the age of 18+ with good range of movement.
– No previous experience is required.
– Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
